Austin Cunningham, CPMR, became a part of Hugh M. Cunningham Companies (HMC) in 2011. In 2021, he was promoted to Vice President of Business Development, a role reflecting his decade of successes in cultivating relationships and overseeing essential customer and vendor partnerships.
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, Austin began his career with a Fortune 500 company in the oil and gas industry. Since joining HMC 2011, he has held various roles including OklahomaGroup account manager, PlumbingMechanicalGroup account manager, and Territory Sales Manager for Houston, Texas.
Austin earned his CPMR certification in 2019 and was honored to receive the 2022 Supply House Times “Next Gen All-Star” award.
Jordan Davis joined Hugh M. Cunningham Companies (HMC) in 2024. As the Group Manager for LouisianaGroup and MississippiGroup, he oversees all activities within his territories, focusing on growing and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers and contractors while also supporting the account managers in the region.
Jordan brings decades of knowledge and experience to his role. Before becoming the Group Manager for LouisianaGroup and MississippiGroup, he was a principal partner at a plumbing manufacturer’s representative agency. With over 25 years of experience representing Little Giant Pumps, a legacy dating back to 1979, Jordan is an expert in submersible and non-submersible wastewater pumps, wastewater pump systems, and domestic water boosters.
Shannon Highsmith joined Hugh M. Cunningham Companies (HMC) in 2019. As Director of Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources, she engages in strategic decision-making and manages financial operations, ensures compliance with regulations, oversees budgeting and financial planning. She also oversees all human resource functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Shannon’s leadership in these areas plays a crucial role in the organization’s overall success. Her years of experience and educational background in management and accounting adds great value to her role.
Ryan Hurst joined Hugh M. Cunningham Companies (HMC) in 2014. Ryan earned his position as Group Manager of FlowControlGroup through his extensive expertise in pipes, valves, and fittings. He oversees the company’s waterworks division, where he focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with wholesalers and contractors, while also providing support to the account managers.
Ryan previously served as an account manager for both the FlowControlGroup and FireWaterGroup at HMC. In this role, he swiftly mastered the entire sales process and demonstrated exceptional levels of customer service which helped project him to his role of Group Manager of FlowControlGroup.
Mark Kois joined Hugh M. Cunningham Companies (HMC) in 2017. As General Manager, he is responsible for overseeing all operational and financial functions, as well as overseeing logistics processes, across the entire organization.
Before joining HMC, Mark gained extensive experience in sales, regional management, and general management within the wholesale distribution industry. His deep-rooted expertise in operational and process functionality has been instrumental in shaping his current role as General Manager.
Aaron Reeves joined Hugh M. Cunningham Companies (HMC) in 2008. He oversees all outside sales teams’ activities and cultivates relationships with current and potential vendors to strengthen client connections.
Aaron began his career as a Specifications Manager and swiftly advanced to Sales Manager for the PlumbingMechanicalGroup in Houston, Texas. His success in this role led to his promotion to Group Manager for the FlowControlGroup, eventually earning him a place on the senior management team as Vice President of Sales.
Michelle Roche joined Hugh M. Cunningham Companies (HMC) in 2014. As Director of Inside Sales and Plumbing Mechanical Job Quotes team, she is responsible for ensuring the department operates efficiently, addressing and escalating issues, offering resolution options, and providing comprehensive support to drive the company’s sales success.
Michelle has over two decades worth of experience in the plumbing industry with 12 years being on the manufacturing side. Before stepping into her director role, she accumulated extensive experience in purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and sales, which has given her a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process.
