The Factory Support Team exists because the sale is never really finished. At HMC, we believe the manufacturers we represent deserve expert advocacy long after the product ships — and our customers deserve a resource that shows up when it matters most.
FST provides on-site and remote technical support to contractors, wholesalers, and engineers across our territory. We troubleshoot product concerns, conduct job walks to ensure right-equipment selection, and deliver hands-on training on product offerings, diagnostics, and emerging technologies. It’s the kind of support that used to require a service contract — built into how we do business.
With over 100 years of combined industry experience, our team brings a depth of expertise that’s hard to find anywhere else in the rep world. Whatever the question, whatever the job — FST has an answer.
