Empowering Fort Worth Youth Soccer: A Successful LSIA Community Service Project
We are thrilled to share the success story of a recent community service project that brought positive change to the Fort Worth Youth Soccer Association complex. The Lone Star Irrigation Association (LSIA) took the lead in transforming the soccer facility, enhancing its capabilities, and ensuring a secure and efficient irrigation system.
From January 8th to 12th, the LSIA, comprised of dedicated licensed irrigation contractors, spearheaded a project that involved a complete overhaul of the existing backflows at the Fort Worth Youth Soccer Association complex. This initiative aimed to upgrade the infrastructure and provide the facility with greater flexibility for future expansion.
One of the critical factors that made this project possible was the unwavering support from manufacturers, wholesalers, and local businesses. Hugh M. Cunningham’s generous donation of the Watts 3″ 957 Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ) and the Hubbell Hot Box PEZ2 proved crucial in completing the project. These essential parts and other donated materials exemplify the power of collaboration and community spirit.
Paradise Creations, members of the LSIA, played a significant role by contributing most of the labor required to install the donated parts. This level of support goes beyond just physical resources; it reflects a genuine commitment to the well-being of the Fort Worth Youth Soccer Association complex and the community it serves. Paradise Creations ensured that the installation of the new Watts 3″ 957 RPZ was completed efficiently and met the highest standards. The system was tested and proudly received a green tag, signifying its compliance with industry regulations. The addition of the Hubbell Hot Box PEZ2 provided insulation and security, offering the facility peace of mind regarding the integrity of its irrigation infrastructure.
The Fort Worth Youth Soccer complex is now equipped with a state-of-the-art irrigation system, thanks to the collective efforts of the LSIA, generous donations, and the commitment of local businesses. This successful collaboration exemplifies the positive impact of a community coming together for a common goal. As we celebrate this accomplishment, we look forward to witnessing the continued growth and success of the Fort Worth Youth Soccer Association and its positive influence on the community it serves.
